Woodstock North Thunder Varsity fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 3-1 loss to Harvard on Monday.
The pitching was strong on both sides. Harvard pitchers struck out 13, while Woodstock North Thunder Varsity sat down 12.
Harvard got things moving in the first inning. Nolan Frenk grounded out, scoring one run.
Jacob Stanley got the start for Harvard. The ace went six and a third innings, allowing one run on three hits and striking out 12.
